Service Description
This course is free for new customers and must be booked within the first six months after signing the contract. In this online seminar, we will provide an overview of the basic functions of our Charge Point Management System. The following topics will be covered: - What does the admin interface look like? - The difference between "user" and "admin" - Creating members - Managing charging stations - What is the Team Wallet and how does it work? - Subsidized charging - basics
Cancellation Policy
This course is free for new customers and must be booked within the first 6 months after signing the contract. Bookings made more than 6 months after signing the contract are subject to a fee and will be billed as the Charge Point Management Advanced package. Special agreements exclude this.
